As a Partner at ClearView Healthcare Partners in London, Stephanie brings more than 25 years of experience advising organizations across the health ecosystem, with a focus on corporate and growth strategy, transformation, and value creation. She works with clients spanning pharmaceutical companies, health providers, payers, and private equity investors, including transaction diligence and post-deal value creation.

Prior to joining ClearView, Stephanie spent more than 15 years in blue-chip strategy consulting, holding Partner roles at both McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. She has also held executive line roles, including leading Group Strategy and the Change/Transformation function at Avanade, and earlier served in European Clinical Operations at Roche.

Stephanie is Canadian by background and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
