Alessandro has spent more than 20 years helping life sciences clients win in the market globally, in the US, and across Europe. He is a strategy leader who helps biopharma, biotech, and medtech clients build differentiated commercial and go‑to‑market strategies, launch new therapies and solutions, and harness data and digital technologies to create connected, customer‑centered ecosystems.

His work spans product launch and brand planning across therapeutic areas, with a focus on agile, insight‑driven launch design, cross‑functional coordination, and operational excellence from pre‑launch through post‑launch optimization. He also leads customer experience and customer engagement strategy, including omnichannel design and the use of digital platforms and data to create connected customer experiences.

Before joining ClearView, Alessandro was a Partner at Deloitte, where he led large client relationships and the US small and mid‑cap biotech commercial practice. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he built broad strategic problem‑solving capabilities and large‑scale client leadership experience. Alessandro holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School, where he studied on a full scholarship from McKinsey & Company, and a Mechanical Engineering degree with highest honors from Politecnico di Torino in Italy.
