Matthew Pfister

Managing Director

Matt has extensive experience leading strategic engagements supporting business development and commercialization strategy. Matt has broad experience across all major therapeutic areas with a particular focus on oncology. His clients span biotech, mid-size pharma, and large pharma, and his expertise includes new product planning strategy, portfolio prioritization, therapeutic area and corporate growth strategy, and business development / licensing support. He also works with many life sciences investors conducting due diligences on both therapeutics and life sciences services businesses.

Matt has 10+ years of experience in life-sciences-related consulting. Prior to joining ClearView, Matt worked as a Senior Consultant at IMS Consulting Group in New York and in Investor Relations for IQVIA. Prior to that, he worked provider consulting with MedAssets. He received an MBA from the Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
