With more than 15 years of experience, she has collaborated with leading organizations to shape strategies that drive innovation, accelerate commercialization, and unlock new opportunities in both domestic and global markets. A seasoned facilitator, Kristen is skilled at driving strategic alignment across cross-functional teams. Her expertise spans commercialization strategy, business development opportunity assessment, corporate strategy, and market evaluation. She brings deep content knowledge in the areas of companion diagnostics, genomics, oncology, neurology, reproductive and prenatal health, cancer screening, and tumor genetics. Prior to joining ClearView Kristen was a Partner at Health Advances and received her PhD in Pharmacology from Dartmouth College, where her research focused on novel targeted cancer therapeutics.
