Jeanne Gray

Chief People Officer

Jeanne oversees ClearView’s global people strategy, including human resources, resource management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and people operations. With over 20 years of operating experience, she is passionate about building high-performing teams that drive organizational success. Jeanne brings deep expertise in organic growth through innovative talent strategies, as well as leading inorganic growth via comprehensive M&A cultural and operational integrations.

Before joining ClearView, Jeanne was the Chief People Officer at Relay Therapeutics, a publicly traded precision medicines biotech, which was recognized as Boston Globe’s #1 Best Place to Work for Large Employers. Prior to Relay, she held a dual-operator role leading both the People and Customer Operations at Aura, helping the digital security firm grow to a $1B+ valuation. Before Aura, Jeanne served as EVP, Global Head of People at Decision Resources Group (DRG) before its acquisition by Clarivate. Earlier in her career, she held various HR leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Jeanne holds a B.A. in Communication from Stonehill College and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College. She is a certified facilitator in multiple leadership development and coaching methodologies. Jeanne is based in ClearView’s Boston office and lives west of the city with her family.
