Joanna Lee

Principal

Joanna brings over 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Her consulting experience includes advising pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organizations as well as financial institutions. She consults on portfolio strategy, market entry strategy, product launch, lifecycle management, market access and reimbursement, and due diligence across a diverse set of therapeutic areas. Joanna’s engagements have a global focus, including key markets such as the U.S., EU5 and Japan, and she has wide ranging experience working with regional organizations in APAC, EMEA and LATAM and working with local affiliates in China, Korea, Brazil, Mexico and Turkey, among many others, to optimize launch and to realize product and franchise growth.

Prior to joining ClearView, Joanna held positions at Charles River Associates, where she led the New York City office, Leerink Swann Consulting and Insight Strategy Advisors. Earlier in her career, as a Research and Development engineer at Angstrom Medica, Joanna developed novel synthetic calcium phosphate biomaterials for orthopedic devices and supported the 510(k) application for Angstrom’s NanOssTM bone void filler, which was the first nanotechnology device to receive FDA clearance.

Joanna holds a S.B. in Biology from MIT.
