As part of the leadership team at ClearView Healthcare Partners, Nitin Sapra serves as General Manager and Head of the India Office. He brings over 18 years of experience driving business operations and growth for global healthcare and life sciences organizations, with a proven record of building and scaling India operations from the ground up while aligning local execution with global strategy.

Nitin has extensive experience collaborating with senior executive teams across APAC, North America, and Europe to shape corporate, commercial, and operational strategies. His expertise spans P&L ownership, enterprise-wide transformation, change management, and advising on complex, business-critical decisions at the intersection of strategy and execution.

He has supported organizations in developing and expanding global capability centers and strategic hubs, with a strong focus on positioning India as a core part of the broader APAC ecosystem. Nitin is passionate about building high-performing, people-centric teams and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Before his current role, Nitin held leadership positions at global healthcare and life sciences organizations, including KPMG and Syneos Health. He holds a Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Pharmacy from BITS Pilani and a Certificate in General Management from IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus.
