Shachi Patel

Principal

Shachi is a member of the leadership team at ClearView’s London office, bringing over a decade of commercial and research experience in life sciences. Her primary focus is advising private equity and other investors throughout the deal process, including commercial due diligence and growth strategy for portfolio companies.
 
In the pharma services sector, Shachi has addressed a wide array of topics, including outsourced services along the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization value chain. Her expertise encompasses analyzing market trends and dynamics for investors, as well as developing strategic growth initiatives for their portfolio companies.
 
Prior to joining ClearView, Shachi was with EY-Parthenon, where she worked on commercial strategy engagements across various therapeutic areas and markets. She holds a PhD in Pathology from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology from King’s College London.
