Jake Arakal

Principal

Jake brings over 12 years of experience in the life sciences consulting industry, driving strategy and insights across a broad spectrum of Biotech, Med Device, Pharma, Private Equity, and Healthcare Provider clients. He specializes in both commercial strategy and analytics, leveraging mixed methods, including secondary data sources, claims analysis, forecasting, and primary market research, across both in-line and pipeline assets across multiples therapeutics areas, geographies, and functional stakeholders to drive data driven actionable insights guiding client strategy.

Before joining ClearView, Jake held leadership roles and service line expertise Charles River Associates and C1 Consulting. Jake has also held numerous positions embedded within clients in roles such as forecasting, business development, insights & analytics, medical affairs, and operations for both Life Science Companies & Healthcare Providers. This multi-faceted experience enables him to comprehensively and collaboratively deliver client-oriented solutions.

Jake holds a M.S. in Healthcare Policy, Information Systems, and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and dual B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Sciences & Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.
