Kristine Hyde

Chief People Officer

Kristine is the Chief People Officer and is responsible for ClearView’s global people strategy design and development for the entire employee life cycle. As a passionate culture champion, she is committed to creating an exceptional and inclusive employee experience that aligns with ClearView’s overall business strategy and core values. 

She has 30 years of domestic and international experience in the strategy and technology consulting industries, ranging from rapid growth start-ups to larger-scale professional services firms. 

Prior to joining ClearView, Kristine held CPO roles at L.E.K. Consulting and Optaros, later acquired by MRM/McCann, as well as Talent Acquisition leadership roles at Sapient Corporation both in the U.S. and in London, UK, and at CSC Index. 

In addition, Kristine gained project management, business operations and consulting experience while employed by @stake, Inc., acquired by Symantec Corporation. She led strategic client engagements focused on delivering security solutions across multiple industries and managed security consulting operations for their West Coast region. 

Kristine earned her B.A. in English, with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.
