Liang has successfully led teams through numerous projects, enhancing collaboration and implementing best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality work within timelines and budgets.
 
Before joining ClearView, Liang held leadership roles at Putnam Associates and Charles River Associates, where he built and guided data analytics teams, contributing to client-focused solutions in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to talent development, Liang has played a key role in crafting data-driven approaches that support strategic business decisions.
