On May 26, 2023, we learned of a spear-phishing scam affecting individuals who may be applying for jobs with our company, which is a fraudulent practices of sending emails ostensibly from a known or trusted sender in order to induce targeted individuals to reveal confidential information or pay money. In this case, the scammer finds individuals who have posted resumes or made applications on popular job sites, then emails the individual with invitations to interview and even job offers from our company. In connection with the job offers, the scammer is seeking money and personal information, such as the completion of tax forms. The scammer’s offer letter looks real because it uses our logo. Most of the scam emails appear to be coming from the following email address: careers.clearviewhcp@chemist.com. This is not a valid company email. Please contact careers@clearviewhcp.com directly if you have any questions about the authenticity of communications appearing to come from our company.
