My favorite thing about ClearView is having the opportunity to help professionally develop others through forms of coaching and mentorship. More importantly, I appreciate the license to co-found a space for Black employees through the formation of Black At ClearView (BAC). I look forward to expanding upon the work that has been done to support Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
