ClearView Healthcare Partners, the leading life sciences strategic consultancy supporting Pharma and Biotech globally, is excited to welcome our new Chief People Officer, Kristine Hyde.
Over the past 30 years, Kristine has served as Chief People Officer in multiple consulting organizations leading all aspects of the people function, as well as having played various business and operational leadership roles. She has extensive international experience in high growth, start-up environments through larger scale, established organizations.
In her role as Chief People Officer for ClearView, Kristine will be responsible for the leadership of all people-orientated functions, including HR, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, resource management, and employee engagement. She will also serve as a member of ClearView’s Executive Committee.
