ClearView Engagement Managers have demonstrated leadership and well-developed consulting skills on a variety of project types. They are typically promoted internally from the Senior Consultant position.
Engagement managers work with our project teams and directly with key clients to implement a broad vision for each project and ensure that needs of our clients are met. Engagement Managers also serve as mentors and coaches for project team members to promote professional development and project success.
As Engagement Managers gain greater experience, they may be promoted to the Associate Principal role, in which they will leverage extensive experience to provide thought leadership and project impact broadly across engagements and project teams, including those which they do not directly oversee. Furthermore, Associate Principals gain exposure to business development in the organization in preparation for the Principal role.
