Stephen Chang

Partner

As a part of ClearView’s leadership team, Stephen provides thought partnership and strategic support for clients small and large. He helps lead the launch and commercialization center of excellence and has supported 50+ product and indication launches in strategic planning and tactical execution. Stephen has 15+ years of consulting experience in the life sciences and is an expert in building and maximizing commercial performance for assets in hematology/oncology, immunology/inflammation, metabolic diseases, and rare diseases.

Prior to joining ClearView, Stephen was most recently at Syneos Health Consulting where he served as the COO and the Senior Managing Director of the Commercial Advisory Group. Stephen started his career in an immunology lab at The Scripps Research Institute, and holds a hybrid MBA/MS from the Keck Graduate Institute in the Claremont Colleges, and dual B.S. degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Biochemistry from UC San Diego.
