Wellness Week

Across offices, we celebrated wellness week with healthy meals and fun activities. These events helped reserve time to relax and understand what wellness means for them!​​​​​​​


Wellness Week in New York kicked off with a healthy yogurt parfait breakfast and the week continued with yoga, stress ball making, arts & crafts, a walk to Bryant Park for lunch, and Charby teaching a salsa class! It was a great week for everyone to step away from their desks for a little while and focus on something creative and healthy for the mind and body.

In Boston, we celebrated wellness with a variety of activities starting with a yogurt bar in the community space, followed by yoga, massages, and SweetGreen! Others enjoyed tennis and outdoor activities in Watertown.



In SF, we took the time to prioritize self-care through out the week! Starting on Monday with facemasks and a wellness walk to the Salesforce Park. Followed by Tuesday Arts and Crafts as a chance to unwind at the end of day with our friends. Thursday, we participated in the Gift of Life drive by inviting a volunteer from the organization to speak to their experience. We also had a personal trainer join us on Thursday to teach us the importance of movement with some juices from Pressed afterwards. Our Friday beer cart was shared with AAPI and had a wonderful time enjoying healthy snacks and decorating lanterns. Overall, it was successful and a great time to bring us back to center!


Wellness week in London included breakfast and a mental health Q&A, healthy lunch, paint by number sessions, and a water drinking challenge for a day!
