Every year from September 15 to October 15, Americans celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month by appreciating the community’s history, heritage, and contributions of those with heritage from Mexico, Spain, the Caribbean, and South and Central America. HACER kicked off our heritage month with a themed beer cart and food.
Boston did an assortment of Hispanic/Latin inspired food and drink (including fresh pan dulce and chuchitos mixtos from Rincon Guatemalteco, John Solares’ family bakery)!
The Day of the Dead (el Día de los Muertos), is a Mexican holiday where families welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion that includes food, drink, and celebration. For Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) HACER wanted to take a moment to share with the firm our very important cultural holiday! And to celebrate, each office will have the opportunity today/this week to participate in festivities to decorate their own calaveras (skulls).
