Our culture and connectivity are important drivers of the ClearView experience, and thus we expect all employees to be present in their respective office at least 50 - 60% of the time, coordinated with their project manager. From the beginning of your ClearView career, our community and teambuilding groups provide a variety of opportunities to help you get to know your fellow ClearViewers, and there are several fun events to enjoy outside of the workspace, ranging anywhere from weekly happy hours to catching a professional sports game to cooking classes and more! Read on to learn more about some of our different activities.
New Hire Integration (NHI) is a cross-office group that ensures that new hires have a smooth transition into the CV community. After a first introduction to CV in the CVN newsletter, we plan social events during and after the onboarding process so that new hires can get to know each other and other CVers both at a personal and professional level. These events include a breakfast and an out of office event (e.g., Comedy Cellar in NY, Boda Borg in Boston) in their first week at CV as well as Meet and Greets with the extended leadership team. At end of year, we also encourage new hires to participate in CV’s tradition of New Hire Skits – a fun way to show their personalities and entertain CVers at ClearView Catch-up.
Each ClearView office offers multiple fun activities per month, so there’s always something to look forward to on the calendar!
At the end of every quarter, each ClearView office will host a celebration event to give thanks for all our hard work and to bring everyone together. Past events have included a boat cruise on Boston’s Charles River, a beach day in New York, an outing to Parklab Gardens in San Francisco, and even a trip to Paris for the London office.
