Dear Alumni,
We sincerely hope you are all doing well. We are watching the weather warm and are looking forward to the renewal that comes with every Spring. 2023 has been a productive, fun, and challenging year for the organization thus far. We entered the New Year coming from our usual range of fantastic holiday traditions. These were capped by Q4 events across all five of our offices. In 2023 we have enjoyed each other’s company through a number of activities, most recently Q1 (photos inside!). One thing that remains consistent at ClearView is the bond that we share across roles and tenures. This year, our teams have celebrated those bonds and the inherent value of our diversity through events such as Chinese Lunar New Year, Black History Month, and Hispanic Heritage Month. In fact, the growth of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives, including Black at ClearView, Jewish at ClearView, HACER, WomenLEAD, etc. continues to be a source of pride and strength for the organization.
Please enjoy this look into what we’ve been up to so far in 2023. As you can see, we have reformatted our approach to the newsletter and moved everything online. We hope you enjoy this new format! As you can tell from the contents, our leadership team has continued to expand both from home grown excellence and from external recruiting. We’ve also seen growth across all five ClearView offices (Boston, New York, San Francisco, London, and Zurich). Finally, ClearView has also spent 2023, like many of you, adapting to the lingering effects of the COVID pandemic on our workplace. Our return to the office initiative has continued apace and we have truly appreciated seeing more and more faces in person. There is something about that interpersonal connection we gain from meeting together than can’t be captured any other way.
As we continue to push through into the Spring, we anticipate new opportunities and plenty of new challenges. We look forward to facing them all together and bringing you, our alumni, along for the ride!
