Newly hired Consultants have advanced degrees in the life sciences (e.g., MD, PhD) and/or business (e.g., MBA) and represent the primary drivers of engagement teams.
Leading day-to-day activities and developing the methodologies and analyses employed to solve client problems. Consultants play a leading role in synthesizing conclusions and formulating recommendations.
As Consultants become more experienced, they may be promoted to the Senior Consultant role, where they may contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and take a more active leadership role in project work.
