Mission: Asians at ClearView aims to support all Asian / Asian-American identifying professionals at ClearView by fostering connectivity to each other and exploring the diversity of cultures within Asia in order to strengthen the broader ClearView community through education and collaboration
Mission: Black at ClearView is dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and recognition of Black professionals at ClearView. We aspire to build a community that enhances the Black experience at ClearView and promotes the value of racial diversity in the workplace
Mission: Family Sustainability hosts small group and company-wide discussions to provide an open space for colleagues to discuss the successes and challenges associated with navigating and balancing their professional careers and personal lives
Mission: “HACER” is the verb “To Do” in Spanish and that is exactly what our group embodies. HACER is dedicated to developing a network of employees and allies that promote the cultural diversity and professional development of its members, thereby creating a support environment for the LatinX/Hispanic community and fostering meaningful mentoring relationships and friendships
Mission: To serve as a resource and community for international employees at ClearView and provide support for employees to navigate a foreign working culture
Mission: Mosaic strives to enhance our understanding of racial and ethnic diversity, equality, and inclusion; celebrate and perpetuate this vital component of ClearView; and challenge systems that create inequity and disparity
Mission: To further encourage cultural awareness and continue to ensure a welcoming environment with the goal of engaging, supporting, and retaining LGBTQ and ally colleagues and to continue to engage with the larger LGBTQ community
