Analyst candidates have either a bachelor’s or master’s degrees in the life sciences and a demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry.
Analysts play an important role in the success of each engagement, with active contribution to our analyses and final recommendations. Most frequently, Analysts take ownership of a particular part of the problem solving and are ultimately responsible for presenting findings to the client.
As Analysts progress professionally, they are promoted to the Senior Analyst position, which features greater independence and project management responsibilities. Additionally, ClearView believes strongly in a system of merit-based promotions which enable exceptional Senior Analysts to achieve further promotions without having received an advanced degree.
