Charged with leading a mid-sized pharmaceutical companies’ entry into oncology, the VP of strategic planning needed a partner to help with the development of an entry roadmap.
The project involved developing a forward looking business case and risk adjusted P&L and conducting a robust prioritization of cornerstone acquisition opportunities. Our mix of oncology expertise and business strategy perspective were a strong fit for the client.
